Dr. Merai is a licensed chiropractor with a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Master's in Applied Clinical Nutrition. She earned her degree from New York Chiropractic College and completed her undergraduate studies at Caldwell University. Throughout her career, Dr. Merai has pursued advanced training, including a course in Spinal Rehabilitation. She specializes in trigger point therapy and muscle rehabilitation.
Additionally, Dr. Merai is skilled in working with expectant mothers, using the Webster Technique to help alleviate pregnancy‒related discomfort. When she's not in the office, she enjoys spending her weekends outdoors, exploring new adventures with her husband.
